We Throw Up and Catch It

Hello.  I've only just recently joined this community, and I thought I'd say hi.  I've been contact juggling (as you can probably tell from my rather cliché userpic) for about a year and a half now, on and off.  I've recently re-taken up contact juggling as something to do to fill the copious amounts of free time I've found myself with while on exchange here in Italy, and as something to do in all those mandatory talent shows I always end up getting dragged into.  (What the heck?  How many mandatory talent shows can one person run into in her lifetime?)  So, yes.  That's about it.   I hope I can learn a lot from all of you out there!  Ciao.

Re: j0.

Padded walls and tea, eh? Sounds like my kind of place... Anyways, when am I *not* idle on the net? (I thought being on the net meant being idle...) But anyhow, I've got Greg Maldonaldo's and Owen Edson's first contact juggling DVD with me right now (Which I love. I laughed till I cried the first time I saw it.), but feel free to point me towards any interesting sites. Help is always appreciated!

I'm not sure if I started contact juggling because of Labyrinth, or if that's just how I found out about it. I've always wanted to learn a performance art, and contact juggling just seemed to suit my personality. Or maybe I just don't like the fact that I started contact juggling in the "regular" way. Whatever.
